UDIMM

UDIMM (unbuffered dual in-line memory module) is the most commonly used memory in desktop computers. More commonly called unregistered memory, UDIMMs run faster than registered memory (RDIMM) and cost less, but are not quite as stable as RDIMMs. Unbuffered DIMMs are the ideal module for high-speed, low-cost computing systems.
